Ominous. I don’t think there is any way for Putin to get the guarantees he’s seeking, NATO couldn’t possibly agree among themselves even if some wanted to, and nobody likely does.
Can anyone draw lines anywhere? Can I draw a line through my neighbours yard?
Putin is a clown but his jokes ain’t funny.
Because Ukraine is an independent country, and it’s none of russia’s business who they want to be friends with. Perhaps if russia gave up on it’s imperialism their neighbors wouldn’t be threatened to the point of wanting to be in nato.
