I would assume this is an outlier and not representative of the Dublin rental market. It’s either a typo, or the landlord is being wildly optimistic. Upper bound I couldn’t see this going for more than €5,000 a month. If I’m wrong though, then f*** me…
This is what happens when you design a house in Tetris

That’s aimed at a tech or pharma companies , for when expects fly in they can stay there
I could buy a house for that much… oh wait…
But 4 people can poop at the same time. That’s value!
The inside is lovely but the exterior is terrible
Ah now
If you have a lego set you can just make your own
This one bedroom in Westport is €3,200 pm..I don’t know which is worse, how basic Westport is for 3.2K or how it makes the Dublin deal seem kinda better ..
Someone needs to just grab landlords , they’re on the magic lamp, they are shaking it into madness
Gotta knock the HDR up to 11. Make the place look like you’re living in fantasy land.
This feels like the scene from The Big Short where they just say “Yeah, there’s a bubble!”
I don’t really see the problem. If someone is willing to rent it at that price then they aren’t trying to rent somewhere else, and aren’t swimming in the same pool as more normal folks. Not every property ever built has to be aimed at me.
How many more times is this house gonna be posted on here? 😴
Targeted at the corporate/entertainment markets.
jesus and I thought property prices in England were crazy.
What was their inspiration for this? Brookside Close?
This isn’t for a regular buyer.
This is geared for the likes of high level directors of multi nationals who’ll come over for a couple of years to oversee things.
I worked for a MNC who have one factory in Ireland and I forget the title but his position was the one where the top guy at the Ireland factory reported into.
Everything was taken care of for him, housing, car etc.
In fact the manager in the factory, when a house was found for him they hired the contract cleaners used in the factory to do a deep clean on the rental, which was in good condition already.
Ranelagh was cheap bedsit territory many decades back, but with rent that expensive, comparing even to London makes no sense, better to compare to somewhere like San Francisco instead.
Who the feck is renting that? The bloc is ugly as fuck, it’s only 4 bedrooms and they want 2.5k per room!? This country is a disgrace, going back straight into the wall! The Celtic tiger has been murder more than once now by the Irish politicians
I would have to leave my 8 bedroom 300k per year house to move here. No, thank you
Come on….there’s a decimal point in the wrong place, surely…?
Available immediately.. It’s gonna be available for a long time.

That’s daft..
Of you can afford that kind of rent, surly you can buy it🤔.
Blatantly a typo
How much is that per month? Someone should start a thread. Surely it’s a mistake.
What the fuck sort of an ugly fucking house is that???

“Do you take HAP?”
Looks nice
It’s so ugly
