I don’t think the author knows what neutrality means.
The Swiss have no problem rolling out the carpet to Putin’s oligarch’s money, just like they do to the rich and the corrupt from the EU, Ukraine and the rest of the world.
The author should just say that she does not like the Swiss policy, instead of making some stupid argument about neutrality.
The real joke here is that while the Swiss ultimately kinda-sorta sided with NATO on Ukraine (and drew the ire of Moscow into the bargain), the traditional role of Switzerland (acting as a go-between, hosting summits) has been taken up by an actual NATO member state.
