It’s not like if they had a permanent staffer prices would come down, anyone in that role is going to be working to keep prices propped up because we live in a society that doesn’t value young people, despite young people being far more valuable to society than pensioners or boomers about to retire.
It’s a massive issue for the sector. It just feels like the government isn’t actually bothered about the housing crisis. Gove made some headway only to get sacked before some of his policies could go through. No idea if any of it will actually get into law now
