It’s a big company, already in favour with the NVA. Nothing is going to come from this.
It’s disgraceful that a large company can just say “we outsourced this to company X, not our problem”, after which company X goes “we outsourced this to company Y, not our problem”, which continues until the buck stops at some ethereal post office company, and we as a society should go “well, nothing we can do cause that company didn’t seem to exist!”.
Borealis should be held responsible for any infractions on their construction, and should be paying hefty fines. After which they can start passing the buck/fine to their subcontractors.
