The west had 50 years to invest in African infrastructure, but didn’t. Instead it just stuck with a program of resource extraction. This is why having two economic giants is great for the world.
It’s the reason I support China ascendence as a superpower.
Now, the EU, and hopefully the USA, will ***truly*** invest in developing countries.
Competition between top powers is always good for the consumers. The more top powers there are, the better.
