I am an American but visit Europe once or twice a year, COVID excepted. For years I have been using the [bahn.com](https://bahn.com) website to book trains, and it has been my preference when booking trains where one leg is outside of Germany. For example, I took the Eurostar from London to Koblenz for less than just the Eurostar portion would have cost me by buying it through bahn.com.

After almost 15 years, I suddenly can’t log in any more. It tells me it doesn’t recognize my password. I’ve tried to reset it and when I do it sends me to a “503 error” page. Has something happened to wipe out their database? Should I just set up a new account? Thanks.

Addendum: I know the Eurostar/Thalys ends in Cologne.
