Germany (and its borders) are the bottleneck of Europe, at least for high-speed rail.
So is this just high-speed rail, or is it also usable for freight trains?
Funny that this is of no interest in germany. Its like we cannot Infrastruktur. Look at Gotthard, magistrale or Brenner. We really suck at international infrastruktur projects.
