That’s one of the most self-absorbed things I’ve ever read.
Please don’t take the rage bait, it suits the powers that be to have us fighting each other.
Peak Guardian
It’s all about *meeeeeeeee*
You should be more like *meeeeeeee toooooo*
Ugh, that article.
Not sure why so much negativity. Man followed expected and common path of buying progressively bigger houses and then realises it wasn’t for him ? What’s wrong with that ?
Even starts by admitting what a privilege this is ..
And it is an opinion peice not
the guardian and those who contribute with opinion pieces have their heads just as far up their own arses as those from the daily mail, they just don’t get the same shit for it because they aren’t tories.
Eurgh, this reminds me of the article they published extolling the virtues and social importance of Aesop hand soap (£29 for 500ml).
The Guardian does great work, but wow they’ve got a lot of privilege in those corridors.
*It was the very architecture of heteronormative capitalism.*
= a Victorian terraced house.
What a pile of festering effluent. The entire “article” could be cut and pasted to Pseud’s Corner. Christ, the garbage The Guardian prints sometimes.
