    In the 1930’s, Romania used to borrow gold with a 7.5% annual interest rate. It is reasonable to use this figure as benchmark. At this rate, over 104 years the total debt accrued by the Russians from the 1918 theft amounts to 12523 billion USD, some 9 times more than Russia’s annual GDP.

  12. A lot of gold (~120 tonnes) but most importantly there were the historical things we sent in Russia and which probably don’t even exist today – burned or sell during early Soviet times.

  13. seeking my ass. it was a trade all along. because of it they could unify peacefully in 1918 (transylvania, wallachia and moldavia) without russian intervention. now they think they can retrieve it back so that they can redistribute it among our politicians… too bad or rather too well that it was redistributed a long time ago between russians.

    but the idiots have to make sensation somehow.
