Anyone for some homemade spicy breaded chicken?

  1. Think you need to drop the recipe! They look mega.

    I made crispy cornflake chicken the other night based on a Donal Skehan recipe. It was TERRIBLE. Breading didn’t stick to 50% of the chicken. Then the 50% that did almost became cement as it baked. User error likely to blame to a large extent, I’ll concede.
