This is clearly baws. eg Calcutta or any of the Slovakian cities is are lot dirtier than New York or Rome, and Tokyo or even Copenhagen is much cleaner than Stockholm.
But aye. Its true my neighbours actually are filthy antisocial people who launch nappies out of windows and chuck their bin bags on the front street, theres no telling them.

Last time I was in Glasgow, I saw a girl taking a piss in a shop doorway right next to the pub she had just come out of. And yes there was lots of litter in the streets

I think it’s stupid to base things like this on random people’s opinions, instead of something like pollutants in the air or soil. Or even estimates on how long it would take to get all the trash off the streets.
