1. looks like the southern side of Rannamäe, I think it might be a closed up entrance to the bastions

It was civil defense bunker meant for the elite (not super elite, just higher position of people) during soviet union times (it was built before Soviet Union arrived tho, not sure what upgrades Soviets made there, but it definitely can’t withstand shit). It was built there because it already had existing bastion tunnels that Swedes built a very long time ago when they ruled Tallinn.

   Honestly, I doubt that bunker could have survived a direct hit from any decent bunker buster let alone a nuke, so kinda shitty bunker for the elite. There is another bunker (built in 1980s) for the real elite outside the city, so I guess that was the only bunker worth a dime.
