Made fat by kitchen waste in the state-owned fattening plants.

It says “Became fat from kitchen waste in the People’s Own Fattening Farms” and is made by the RIESA Konsum-Zünholzfrabrik, Factories for Matches and consumer goods in the GDR.
Edit.: Most likely its not an original. A lot of those magnets are made today as tourist souvenirs
