  1. Such placements were banned for under-16s, but there are concerns exemptions for holidays are being exploited.

    No shit sherlock.

  2. In 10 years time they’ll be a big enquiry about the abuse these kids are suffering. Various politicians will stand in front of cameras and assure us that “lessons have been learned”.

    Rinse and repeat.
