No, I think you misheard him. He claimed, rightfully, that the Conservatives have *failed to* deliver on ‘every single one’ of their promises. Easy mistake to make with all the jeering going on in commons.
In all seriousness though, is the title a shock to anyone? To say that every single promise was delivered is daring to say of any Government, let alone this lot. The big issue here is the disparity between reality and his claim. I feel that the number of promises broken is the real headline.
