A Romanian rocket startup called ARCA Space showed off one of the strangest rocket designs we’ve ever seen.

The spacecraft didn’t make it, however, and [crashed on the Martian surface](https://www.nytimes.com/2016/10/22/science/mars-crash-landing-site-explosion.html) in 2016, with ARCA [taking some of the heat](http://www.parabolicarc.com/2016/11/28/arca-space-blame-failure-esas-exomars-lander/).

    >In retort, the Arca Space Corporation manager, Dumitru Popescu warned the Italian space agency to be more careful, as they don’t have proves to support their accusations. **“They could pay the price. We are at ease that we did all we could do: to run a specific test we should have flown very closely to the Russian base in Sevastopol. Russia has just annexed Crimea and we risked generating a conflict between the Russian Federation and NATO,” the Romanian manager argued.**

Mereu cand au nevoie de alibiuri, Putin le sta la dispozitie. Ultima oara s-a intamplat in primavara, cand mult-amanata lansare EcoRocket din Marea Neagra a fost anulata definitiv dupa izbucnirea razboiului.

    Keep hustling!

  4. Asta e un articol care merita citit.

Inca din introducere are chestii de genul:

    >it says the venture will be funded by selling crypto tokens that can later be exchanged for ore that — we’re serious, this is the pitch — it’ll obtain via asteroid mining.

and it only gets better after

  5. Ahahahaha, primul meu gand “lol, zici ca-i din Kerbal”

Ma uit la comentarii: kerbal mentionat de cateva ori

Ma uit la articol: “looks like something […] from Kerbal” (adaptare)
