It’s the parents doing this, the parents are obviously telling him he didn’t do anything wrong, the fella will eventually get out with a massive chip on his shoulder and worse things may happen in the future. The parents should acknowledge what their child did, support him and get all the help he needs whilst he’s locked away so a bigger monster doesn’t manifest in years to come.
