I think stoppng anyone without a UK citizenship buying property in the UK would be a good start. Pension funds and other nation states shouldn’t be allowed to buy tranches of land or tower blocks.
I want a clarify this. I definitely don’t mean EU workers or any immigrants who need shelter. I’m talikg about groups who buy flats as investment properties off plan for the sole purpose of renting them out.
