About time. There’s been a lot of scandals, like that one taxi driver who raped five women.
Wonder what the entrepreneurial test means in this case. Sounds like a good thing though.
Other entrepreneurs aren’t tested on this stuff. Seems to me to be targeting the individuals and demographics that are generally taxi driver entrepreneurs

Me and my wife went for dinner last friday, tried to go to the first cab at Eliel’s cab line, but a middle eastern man would not take me in. A somali tried to get me in to his taxi, but was interrupted by another cars driver yanking my coat and trying to pull me into his car.
