  1. Edit:

This is an email from the recognition authority for non eu citizen based out of Germany who is trying to secure an apprenticeship in healthcare. person A already has a 4 year degree but would like to change careers

How do they best approach training companies with such an email?

or do you think they will just bin it as rubbish?

  2. Sure, it can’t hurt to include it into the application, since it spares the employer the hassle to resaerch it themselves. It isn’t a plus in any way, but it cancels a potential minus. Proving a proficiency in German would be another thing I’d include.

  3. It matters only if the employer sets an Abitur as a requirement for the apprenticeship.

Having decent German skills and talent for and interest in the field are far more important.
