Brain infarct, in a enough serious situation, can be a quick lights out situation. Especially if they had a pre-existing condition and there was a big struggle.
But that is just speculation at best. I’d rather wait and see further updates.

I dare anyone who is willing to experience from a close distance what the emergency workers and doctors go through on an average (summer weekend) night: just go to the “Päivystys” (emergency) in one of the bigger hospitals and hang out there for an hour. I don’t mean inside, you can’t get in there of course, but it is enough to be in the reception area. Inside it is much worse of course but with some luck you’d be able to hear enough.
The amount of violent drugged up people will drive a normal person insane. It starts already in the afternoon and doesn’t slow down until the early morning. It is a miracle that the brave workers there do that voluntarily.
It is also a miracle that the shitheads who do that to themselves and to everyone around them don’t die more often.
