The Post Office should be under pressure to pay out the victims.
The Post Office have acted like absolute fuckers over this episode and individual members of the PO should probably face criminal investigation.

Watched the documentary on this and the fuckers behind it absolutely should be in jail for what they did to the postal staff and their subsequent cover up of it. Utter bastards
Compensation is the least of what needs to happen, there should be no question about these payouts. Its the criminal charges against the executives that knowingly lied that need tough sentences for criminal enterprise.
Paula Vennells should face trial over this, alongside other directors of the Post Office and those at Fujitsu who knew there was an issue with the software. They deliberately covered up their actions because they could not admit that the system they had so much faith in had failed so spectacularly. Lives have been ruined and they all got to walk off with no punishment, there is no real justice until they answer for that.
Post Office bosses* should all be sacked for one thing, and yeah – they owe these people more than just money for what they’ve done to them.
