Trying to verify my account on GovId but stuck on this step. I checked the help page but not saying anything? Anybody know what to do? I understand these pages are slow and can be frustrating.

That website is an absolute shitshow.
It was “down for maintenance” for as long as I can remember. Presumably to fix that issue.
I see they did a great job as always 🙄
So is the issue that it is telling you you need a PSC, but you already have one?
