These are (technically) not caravans, they are vehicles that are allowed to park in any parking spot as long as they have a valid license, a caravan is a mobile home that is pulled or towed by a truck or large car
A caravan is towed, this is not
Technically, it is just parked there, if it has an engine, registration plate and a valid road license, no difference from a normal car, or bike, or even commercial vehicle. Worst is, when people start to exploit this loop hole in the enforcement system (which in Malta we have more then laws themselves lol) and d few areas which are not built or cluttered with boathouses will get filled with these will turn the few rural seasides into shitholes…. Welcome to Malta 😅
