I think it is Mefjord, the settlement you can just glimpse is Senjahopen.
Based on the location of the account I would think this is in the northern and costal part of Norway (maybe somewhere in Senja or Lofoten), so not a fjord.
This could be basically anywhere but Finnmarksvidda or Hardangervidda, even though those places aren’t to far from the Ocean compared to other places in the Wøøørld
