This is inspired. In going home with a margarita and some black pudding to make this myself you need a knighthood for inventing this

Had black pudding for the first time today – actually I’ve had it on a plate numerous times but never had the bottle to eat it. Tried it today and I’m a convert.

Very yes, but I find it better diced in to cubes as apposed to putting the whole disk straight on.
