  1. “Having had no response from the National Monuments Service, the residents then contacted Ms Johnston, who along with Labour TD Duncan Smith contacted the National Monuments Service the next day….”

“According to Ms Johnson, this is “quite a controversial planning application” as there are contraventions of the Local Area Plan (LAP) and the Fingal Development Plan.”

Why do I feel like those two statements are connected?

  2. No doubt the application will now be given expedited permission to go ahead and breaking ground will commence in 15 minutes… and the souterrain will, of course, be destroyed “accidentally”.

  3. That development is criminal.

10min walk from the train station, right beside a beautiful beach and estuary…and they’re filling it with ***poxy semi-Ds***?

It’s an idea spot for a nice medium density development and is being totally wasted.
