A very pretty sky! But the lighting is a bit harsh – never shoot directly towards the sun. At least not in the middle of the day. And fixing the horizon should be the first thing you do.

The motive is really nice! I love the clouds, the water and the horizon. the picture you took of it, is terrible though…
My best advice would be, to put some more effort into it. In this example, and as others have stated, it is not level. It does not need to be level as such but in this picture, it serves no aesthetic reason for it to be. Also, you have not framed, cropped or considered any elements of the pictures. You could have used the trees to the left to frame the image, or maybe other elements to build up a composition.
