I got a different “angebotspreis” when there arent even options to choose from and I dont know what I’m doing wrong.
I think the prices change over time. The nice thing about digitec is that it lets you see the time line with the past prices
Is there a different price when you open the product in e.g. a private window, on a different computer, using a different browser and network (VPN)?
Could it be that 116.- is from a third party and 104.- would be digitec’s price but it’s out of stock?
I noticed this lately. I think sometimes the graph is not updated quickly enough.
I think the prices for each day are “logged into the graph” at a certain time of day (midnight?).
If the price goes up after that, the result is what you see.
So maybe the thing cost 104 .- in the night and then went to 116 during the day?
See this a lot.
can you share the link . so i can give you the price ?
Seems to be a bug. I looked at a few products and found exactly the same thing with some of them. I also looked at the different offers and the prices of the last few days, so I would rule out that it is due to third party offers and it also seems unlikely that it is due to a too slow update of the graph or price. Maybe it’s not a bug, but the amount Digitec officially accounts for in order to save taxes. 😋
Maybe digitec like galaxus offers the item from a several suppliers and you have chosen a different one that the digitec itself?
Contact customer support, they might give you a reduction for reporting the bug
I might be able to answer this.
I work at Digitec Galaxus and we have an employee discount. With that discount, I see the 104. So it seems to me that the price chart somehow falsely takes employee prices into account. Not sure tho. I don’t work in the online shop department. I will for sure report this internally tho.
I noticed that earlier today, thought it was a scummy tactic to show the graph as the “cheapest” option, by a third party even if it’s not in stock while the available ones from them are more expensive.
I don’t usually shop with digitec anymore because they disappointed me a few times, so I didn’t really even think twice about it. Thought it was just your typical scummy corporate move. Guess it’s a bug.
Had the same problem yesterday!! But I needed the product so I ordered anyway 😮💨 plus I paid almost 50% more than the last time I ordered the exact same item.
i still wonder why people post online store stuff in this sub. so annoying. ask their customer support if you have any questions.
Which product are you checking?
As long as you don’t provide a link, how do you think we can help ? Seriously ?
