Hello everyone,
Here is the family tree of the Holy Roman Empire monarchs and their ancestors/successors states and all it’s different Electors. The tree starts at the end of the Austrian Empire with it’s last emperor Charles I of Austria, and goes straight up from there to Charlemagne, the first Frankish Emperor of the Carolingian Empire.
It is essentially a giant visual Wikipedia page containing:
– The tree. It shows the direct line of imperial descendants and all the unions of it’s members to the outside royal families,
– Images that shows all the different monarchs, important objects, places, events and famous paintings.
– Information boxes on many events, royal bloodlines, several key figures and important sociological and religious movements.
The source of this work is [Source](https://en.m.wikipedia.org/wiki/Holy_Roman_Empire) the content of this page and all it’s related pages.
Keep in mind that I am neither an historian, nor a sociologist, nor a geopolitician and that I do not hold any diplomas which could qualify me as a specialist in anything of what this tree contains. All of this was made possible because I love history and family trees, and because I have some spare time and the desire to do something with it.
It is version 1.0 so if you feel you need to correct me or simply add something that you think should be there, feel free to send me a message or to comment this post.
