If the brexit was the last straw that broke the camel’s back to enable this here (note this is global trend according to the article- brexit or no brexit), then at least something good came out of it. On a flip side, it may have made the transition harder because of the extra red tape restricting access to raw materials.

    Either way, I think this is positive news for everyone.

  2. Reshoring manufacturing is a good idea. Manufacturing is a vital industry and should not be outsourced offshore. There should be protectionism for manufacturing, energy, food etc
