This was the first training video I ever watched. (Yeah, I’m old!)
It’s only 14 minutes. I would really appreciate feedback whether it’s positive or negative.

Is there a similar training video in Polish?
Edit: This is interesting. Thus far the voting is as you would expect. 100% of respsondents saying it’s corporate BS. Is that a holdover from Soviet times?
Another edit: Am I brainwashed into thinking that the video is mostly true? As an American? When you’re taught to think a certain way your entire life is that “brainwashing”?

I chose “other”.
Comparing choosing fast food items to choosing car parts or a radio is idiotic.
As a customer in McDonalds I myself expect the customer in front of me to know what they’re going to order and not waste anyone’s time. It’s a fast food establishment in the end of the day. Although even that is not applicable anymore since everyone uses the touch screens and usually there’s no wait time to order.
But if I go to get a car part or electronics, I know the salesman is likely to spend certain amount of time with each customer.
As far as the superfluous smiles, phrases etc. it’s still not done in Poland. We don’t like people being fake. Civil and helpful, sure, but people in this video look like they need a moisturiser for their gums.
Pure corporate BS
