Oh great, on top of all the global delays in shipping we’ve had over the past 2.5 years yet another thing to mess up the supply chain.
I’ve just read this, and that the USA is now in a technical recession. It feels like the whole West is rapidly declining. The media and our political leaders are pretending still like these are temporary blips before normal service resumes. I’m not so sure.
With the government now trying to outlaw striking itself, I can see the possibility of a general strike begin to emerge (even if faint). We’re also having warnings of extreme increases in energy prices, as well as actual blackouts. Things are coming apart at the seams.
We could be heading into an era of major upheaval and turmoil.
Well my company creates its goods in China so guess we’ll have a few weeks without containers then 50 at once, thats gonna be fun haha.
Might do some over time if they offer a good rate for it since I have 4 days off between shifts anyway.
