Just caught this scumbag on camera trying to steal a bike on Liffey St, Dublin. Hopefully someone recognises him.

    Back in 2018, I witnessed a guy outside a tesco try to steal a bike, he was acting like the key wouldn’t fit, he was stupid enough to go get security, who weren’t fooled. He ends up doing a runner.
