Take refuge in the mountains the air is fresh up here.
Compared to last summer, I’ll take it.
Several years ago I’ve been complaining about how we always get rainy weekends… I take that back!
… so far.

I was there last July. It poured every day for the whole two weeks.
We defiantly had the AC much more this year than the previous several years.. i dont even care about the power bill for this, i’ll eat it, worth it. Our beagle maya hates the heat and sleeps next to the AC all day and refuses to go outside in garden other than a quick pee, we walk her at midnight. we had a spare AC and offered it to several of our neighbors before the heatwave started, they all initially declined, it took till 2nd day over 30 before all of them were knocking on our door asking for it. seeing we only had 1 we couldnt give to all, we now have a afternoon tradition of neighbors coming over for a couple glasses of wine in the mid-afternoons to cool down and just hang out lol.. great for practicing my german and their english.
If you live near olten and are hot you are welcome to come visit, beer and wine fridge stocked 🙂
We were there for 2 weeks in July and it was glorious.

Too much of a good thing. From Tuesday:
