Last two months Germany has to much electricity production sue to solar PV, but somer is not problem but winter will be expecialy if there wont be enought wind. But hey, no problem you can also sleep on 19 degrees and wash yourself with cold water. But thats remind me to North Korea and not some high tech western county. Germany has huge problem….. With their political decisions and their leaders.
For all the ecolo talk, it turns out that the developed world is massively dependent on fossil fuels and there is currently no alternative.
Once the gas pipes in Italy from Arzebaijan and Algeria are improved, Italy gets the oil-gas extraction rights in front of Egypt, Israel and Cyprus (it happened or happening depending the place, I’m not too informed), I guess Italy will be the first source of energy for Europe together with Norway
Another gas pipeline? Germany is like a junkie who quit heroin by getting addicted to cocaine instead. What it truly needs is sustainable, responsible sources of energy, in the form of renewables and nuclear power.
