Sorry, the hard work of extracting the maximum amount of bailout from the government for your 25% cut which won’t be available to any other sector being asked to cut way more.
25% strikes me as very achievable and it’s a very good, realistic, opinion piece. One thing I’d like to hear more about is encouraging the universities to get involved & identify any potential technology breakthroughs which could be used to alleviate farming impacts. Let Ireland do for farming what the Danes have done for wind farms.
