  1. I’d say it’d be nice if it was torn up into little pieces, those discs are way too thick and they don’t even look cooked.

  2. Black budding is lovely on pizza, especially with some crumbled feta. But it should be broken down into little pieces, not just discs slapped straight onto the pizza.

  3. Had one in cork years ago that was clonakilty black pudding, pickled red onion and caramelised pear… I think dream about it sometimes

  4. Black pudding on pizza is an absolute yes. Just the way you use it is better off crumbled or in small rough dices. Goes very well with a cheesy saucey bite of pizza. Very good topping, just not in slices like the pic here.

  5. Do a whole breakfast pizza.

Chop up the rashers, chop the sausages into little meatball, bitesize segments, crumble the black pudding. And crack an egg in the middle halfway through if you’re feeling frisky

  6. Interesting. Very interesting. Btw why isn’t potato pizza common in Ireland? It can be so delish.

  7. Made a crumbled black pudding, gorgonzola and granny smith apple pizza there few weeks back, absolutely savage 🤤
