I can translate few words, but damn, reading this handwriting is hard XD
Municipality office of Wola Zarczycka confirms that XY daughter of AY and BY, born in 1896 in that place, unmarried – the last remaning lines are probably about religion or work (*przynależność* – affiliation)
Then there’s description of her on left side: middle height, round face, gray eyes, dark blond hair, normal nose and average mouth/lips, no other distiguishing facial or body features
Then the document is signed by priest (the *x* tells that) but I don’t have clue what it is about – most likely some identification paper, equivalent of ID card that just tells this lady exist (from 1914 PoV)
The documentary stamp in upper left corner says Österreich – which is Austria, so they were living in [Austrian Galicia](https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Kingdom_of_Galicia_and_Lodomeria) back then (ofc it says so in upper right corner – *Kraj Galicya*, written in old-fashion; I haven’t noticed with photo zoomed in)
