8. This one’s been around for years. Has the shittyist tinny speaker that she brings around on wheels and which manages to somehow be incredibly loud and annoying while also being impossible to make out what she is saying.

   It was awful last summer when you’d to eat and drink outside. She’d set up near the businesses until they called the gardaí who’d move her on. She’d go to another street with outdoor dining and start again. Repeat for the day.
