The entire global response to covid was ‘fast and loose’.
It just shows how who you know is more important than anything else. The COVID contract schemes were worth a premium for those who knew the right hands to shake and we will never recoup that money. Someone needs to face charges but you know an inquiry will take a decade and absolve those involved of any responsibility.
