Funnily enough, I was thinking of starting up a cartel crime gang only this morning. This advice has come at the right time for me.
I almost bought a house on the Bestwood Estate because it was cheap without knowing it’s reputation. Thankfully I had an intuition about the place and did some proper research before anything went forward.
As a side note it’s also the birthplace of Harold Shipman.

If what I remember is true, his family lived on Cherry Orchard Mount. My grandpa’s car was stolen whilst they were parked outside my house and strangely it ended up outside their house just down the road from me.
Live in Australia now but have some excellent memories living on that street. One time the police were chasing someone and the driver sideswiped the side of my dad’s car meaning he wasn’t able to drive my grandma to the airport.
The one that takes the absolute biscuit is when one of my school friends found a gun around the garages that are also on the same street near the dental surgery.
Despite these, I never felt unsafe living there, one of the houses a few doors away from me got burgled but we lived there for six years without any incident of that type.
