Queer nightlife groups organise protest to ‘Save Kink Spaces’ in Tower Hamlets

  1. I was there. One of the councillors seriously asked “Did you (venue owner) know that sex was happening at a kink event?”

They have absolutely no clue what they are deciding on and a fear they will side with the licensing agency.

  2. Best of luck.. Having lived in Tower Hamlets for some time, it’s not exactly the safest place to put a Queer nightclub.

  3. Not with the new mayor we have when he was mayor the last time he and friends used homophobic language at a meeting if I remember right it was reported on.

  4. This is not a reason to protest.

Of course, with the absolute insanity that this country experiences at the moment, this protest will probably succeed.

Sadly gone are the days of the Special Patrol Group.
