That‘s why you accelerate as fast as possible to the speed of the flowing traffic to find a gap to get into.
The one on the highway has the right of way.
Traffic on the Autobahn has the right of way over the merging lane.
The one on the Autobahn goes first. But if you drive on the Autobahn you go to the left to let people from the emerge line drive over to the Autobahn.
Traffic already on the autobahn always has priority. Ideally, the car that is merging should accelerate to match the speed of traffic on the autobahn (it is called an “acceleration lane” for a reason) and manoeuvre into the first available space without forcing other drivers to slow. If this isn’t possible, you should stop and wait at the end of the acceleration lane.
If I have free left lane going from autobahn I will always merge into left line, so people can merge normally and I see a lot of people doing that.
Cars normaly drive around 130kmh you have to reach atleast 100 when you merged. And good tip in my opinion if there is truck on the way always target to go in front of him in this situation they are locked on 80.
I hope you don’t have a drivers license because if you do maybe you should take some more lessons before you drive. It’s absolutely obvious that the car on the autobahn doesn’t have to stop to let a slower car get in. Just think a litte further and you should be able to answer this question by yourself.

All of this is made very explicit by the signage: [traffic joining the autobahn has a “Yield” sign](https://www.autozeitung.de/assets/styles/article_image/public/field/image/autobahnauffahrt.jpg?itok=ByMqJqbp).
