What Europe can learn from France when it comes to quantum computing

  1. We don’t all need to do everything. The key to nearly all success in the modern area has been specialization, there is no reason to build 28 different quantum hubs, that would end in a giant failure.

  2. French are very good at quantum physics. They are always in the superposition of two states : complaining about the government and receiving money from the government.
