Which one is best ?

  1. If having Bourbons, I prefer them with a coffee, as they are not so good if you get bits falling off into tea (clearly not doing it right). Custard Creams are good with both tea and coffee, so take the lead for me!

  2. Custard creams. You can nibble at the biscuit and try to leave the cream part unbroken on its own to melt in your mouth. (You can do the same with bourbons but because they’re thinner it’s too easy.)

  3. I buy Bourbons because they are cheap and the brown colour lets my brain believe they taste of chocolate at least. Out of the biscuits I like these are the worse so I don’t eat too many; I mean If I bought a giant pack of KitKat I’d eat them in one evening.

    Custard creams! no way yuk…

  4. I’m on the fence… I like custard creams with tea, but not bourbons, chocolate and tea just don’t go together for me. I could however eat half a pack of bourbons on their own :p

  5. Either but custard creams are overall better until you eat too many and they become sickly like I’ve seen another comment say

  6. You take one of each, separate the slabs, mix and match.

    Now you have ‘marble creams’

Biccy crisis averted, the world and our brew is at peace

  7. Bourbon – definitely the best. Custard creams are OK but you can only eat one or two. You can eat bourbon creams for ever.

  8. Well you got the first thing right and that is the brand, nothing worse than tucking in to Aunties biscuit tin to find she buys the inferior rip off’s. How could she.

Burbs all the way for me.

  9. You wouldn’t believe that anyone could bring Brexit into this but as an anecdote, a small British food shop in Belgium catering for mostly Brits nearly went bust because of the vastly increased paperwork on smallish quantities until they realised that Ireland produce the same biscuits etc but under different brands so business as usual but with Irish EU profits. Just an interesting aside

  10. Custard creams are best 80% of the time. But the 20% of the time bourbon’s are best, they are at least 50% better than custard creams.
