Know a guy who works the administrative side of justitie, the highest he had seen was a guy with 12 consecutive life long driving bans file come in again with a charge for driving under influence he was probably going for ban nr. 13.
Was some dude in his mid 40’s who just absolutely didn’t give a fuck, they threw him in jail but he would quickly get out with an ankle monitor and get right back to work when they would impound his shitty car worth only 500€ and the next day he was driving a 250€ one.
My uncle lived, and died, like this.

Didnt care about fines because he didnt have any money
Didnt care about going to jail, he got free food and free medical care. He actually got himself arrested once on purpose so he could get his teeth fixed for free in jail.
We are just happy he never took anyone down in an accident with him
