Unfortunately they will not be using J&J boosters where I live.
Which I do not understand why they would not. They are far easier to handle.
And if you say efficacy is lower … efficacy of a SINGLE J&J is lower. So you should compare a single J&J to a single vaccination of the competition, and not a double vaccination.
