Court ruling from an austrian court, where a former politician (glawischnig) sued facebook/meta to cease and desist from showing pictures of her, when there is an accompanying text saying that she is a “traitor of the austrian people” ; she is “corrupt” ; she is member of a “fascist party” (glawischnig was a politician for the green party)
In other words, some people didnt like her when she was a politician and posted pics of her saying shes a traitor etc.
She sued facebook/meta to have them taken down and prevent such posts in the future
Whatever it is – it’s unrelated to Germany. This is about an Austrian politician suing Meta (aka Facebook).
